Lindsay Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Road Safety Products to join the global headquarters in Omaha, NE. The Director, Road Safety Products will be responsible to develop and implement a strategic business plan for Road Safety Products for North America and grow opportunity funnel using CRM and other communication tools to report progress in meeting financial plan. In addition, design, develop and deploy channel and LTS sales team strategy to meet financial expectations and develop, manage business budget and sales and marketing expenses. The Director, Road Safety Products will also create sales forecast and improve monthly execution to forecast.
Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a diverse sales team.
Successful record of meeting or exceeding sales forecast and plan.
Responsible for delivering detailed month sales forecast that drives operation's production plan.
Experienced at developing and delivering a sales channel pull through strategy.
Demonstrate respect for and participate in various cultures.
Demonstrate Lindsay values, particularly, attracting and retaining customers for life, and honesty, integrity and trust in relationships and communications.

BS degree with 10+ years successful track record in Sales & Sales Management.
Demonstrated success with selling product direct and through distribution.
Demonstrated success at driving sales disciple via CRM tool (Salesforce.com).
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to develop and implement "Action plans".
Demonstrated track record in developing new markets and customers.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.
