Summary
This position will be responsible for providing financial oversight and pricing strategy for Ryder's North American Fleet Management Solutions rental and lease insurance extension program. Additionally, the position is responsible for all the planning, forecasting and budgeting activities of the insurance product line and risk management departments.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in concentration in Risk Management/ Finance, Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in concentration in Risk Management/ Finance, Required
7 years or more in Relevant insurance knowledge, Required
5 years or more in Relevant Ryder IT systems knowledge, Preferred
7 years or more in Significant analytical and financial modeling skills, Required
Knowledge of Insurance and underwriting practices Advanced, Required
Strong familiarity with Ryder IT systems Advanced, Preferred
& Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Preferred, 1 Year
& Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Preferred, 1.5 Years
Travel

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc.
The salary for this position ranges from $110K to $150K Employees may also be eligible
to receive an annual bonus, as applicable
