Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Revenue Operations to elevate our operational performance. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and providing crucial support to our global sales team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of enterprise B2B revenue operations, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Professional Reports & Presentations: Work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer to create strategic professional reports and presentations for senior management and our Board, providing insights into key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.

  • Oversee Sales Compensation: Oversee monthly sales compensation processing, facilitate the compensation committee, and oversee the resolution of any compensation-related issues, ensuring fairness and alignment with company objectives.

  • Salesforce CRM Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap, delivering regular improvements to enhance user experience and drive sales effectiveness.

  • Documentation and Process Management: Maintain and update the intranet with processes and system information documentation, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all team members.

  • Bowtie Data Model Utilization: Leverage the Bowtie data model to analyze our sales process and identify areas for improvement, driving strategic initiatives to address bottlenecks and optimize performance.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead quarterly business reviews across all geographies, collaborating with regional teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive alignment with company goals.

  • Annual Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes in partnership with the Finance team, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Quota and Territory Management: Manage quota and territory assignments, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with sales objectives.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B revenue operations, ideally from a pre-scaleup stage.

  • Familiarity with the SaaS bowtie data model and its application in optimizing sales processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, GSuite, MS Powerpoint, and Thinkcell is advantageous, though not mandatory

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving results.

Other Information

  • Travel Requirements: Anticipate quarterly travel to our headquarters in Norway.

  • Location: This role offers a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity for remote work balanced with in-office collaboration. However, a preference is placed on being present in our Austin or Houston corporate offices.Please note that due to the global nature of our operations, this role may require early morning meetings to accommodate collaboration with our team in Oslo.
