The Director, Research Project Management will deliver across USOR initiatives from inception thru post-implementation measurement and communication. Duties may include, yet are not limited to operational metric development, business needs assessments, business requirements documentation, cost benefit analysis (CBA), workflow and process mapping, project plan development and maintenance, strategic change management planning, and project deliverables analysis. The Director, Research Project Management will provide a single point of contact for projects and escalations, work in concert with USOR leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute on impactful initiatives. Will interface with stakeholders affected by the project, which may include customers, various internal departments and USOR research sites.

  • Develop and oversee USOR pipeline of improvement projects with a focus on process efficiencies and best practices - includes alignment of annual strategic initiatives and evaluation of structure and resources required for success

  • Create and lead process evaluations for the research business, develop internal workflows, and workflows across USOR and the larger clinical research team

  • Oversee and manage strategic development and alignment of research related technology that supports USOR business operations and clinical research operations at USOR sites.

  • Support and encourage project management mind-set and skills across USOR business and clinical research operations.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred

Business Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in project management

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement

  • Healthcare Experience preferred

  • Oncology Clinical Research Experience preferred

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, strong ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.)

  • Onsite at TWLs up to 20% travel

VIEW JOBS 4/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-20T00:00 Description: The Loan Operations Documentation-Collateral Management Lead is responsible for ensuring the integrity of internal and/or external loan documents are prepared in accordance to the bank's loan policy and any regulatory guidelines. The Documentation-Collateral Management Lead (DCM) will serve as the Collateral Management Tracking system and Documentation Preparation System (Laser Pro) liaison between Technology and the Vendor. The incumbent will prepare reports and maintain work records and communicate information to the Supervisor. The DCM Team Lead will report to the supervisor on team and individual work problems, progress, and training needs. Will serve as a process coach, solve day to day work problems and participate in the work of the team. Serve as the collateral exception tracking system enhancements project lead, perform system testing as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as support to the department's supervisor. * Perform quality control reviews of consumer, commercial and mortgage loan files for accuracy as it relates to compliance with bank loan policies and procedures to assist with identifying training needs. * Possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of all regulations as they apply to all commercial, consumer and mortgage products. * Quality review images scanned through the bulk scanner. * Serve as subject matter expert and contact for the collateral and credit exception tracking system. * Identify, define and create tests scripts as needed. * Review system generated daily reports to access daily work assignments * Assist in identifying and developing departmental reports. * Update departmental procedures as needed. * Assist in the review and resolution process of internal and external audit findings. * Support Mortgage Purchase due diligence process. * Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned. Competencies Required * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to navigate loan and bank software applications and related websites. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively research and resolve issues and discrepancies. * Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. * Solid analytical and decision making skills. Minimum Qualifications/Experience * 3-5 years of lending or compliance experience in the financial services, banking or mortgage industry. Formal Education & Certification * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field preferred. Work Status * Full-Time. Supervisory Responsibility * None. Travel * 0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.
