Our mission is to unlock the grace of giving in advancing Notre Dame's mission. We value trust, transparency, teamwork, driving change, feedback and fun. If you are ready to embrace each day, knowing that your work advances the mission of Notre Dame to make a positive, lasting impact in the world, then you have found the best role you will ever have.
Located on the beautiful campus of Notre Dame, this role serves as a front-line fundraiser supporting the University's development efforts. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with benefactors within a designated region of the United States. Using your proven relationship skills, you will also work closely with academic leaders and Development Department colleagues to identify, cultivate, steward and secure leadership-level philanthropic gifts to support the University's priorities.
You currently enjoy the career you've worked so diligently to build, but may be wondering "what is it all for?" and "what is the lasting impact of my work?" If you are ready to parlay your hard-won skills and success toward making a more meaningful impact on the world, you would love this role in helping Notre Dame do exactly that.
If you are seeking a role in which relationships are the core, unchanging priority this is the perfect place to be. In this role, relationships begin with listening and understanding what the benefactor tells you is most important in their lives. With their passions as your guide, you will bring the benefactor into a closer, more personal relationship with Notre Dame, culminating in significant support of that area of the University that aligns with his or her most closely held interests.
You will travel to your designated region to meet benefactors, getting to know and understand them, their families, and their world view at a very intimate level. You will also develop close relationships with the smart, dedicated colleagues all around you, making this a truly great place to work.
