4 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years experience in human resources or related field OR 5 years experience in recruiting or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience in international recruiting and global mobility.
2 years experience working with human resource information systems (for example, PeopleSoft).
3 year experience in project management and event planning.
3 years experience in specialized recruiting (for example, internships, college, diversity).
3 years experience selecting and managing third party vendors.
3 years experience using recruiting tools (for example, applicant tracking systems, internet, job boards, social media).
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
