Implement Quality module in SAP & improve any existing QM modules in SAP.
Develop strategy for a successful end to end quality organization.
Establish Quality metrics, common source of the KPI's & monitoring mechanism.
Partner with local Plant Managers & cross functional heads to implement and develop a quality culture including quality integration on any merger and acquisitions.
Implement Lean Six Sigma tools and methods into the functions and business units transforming the culture into a high performance growth company.
Oversee the standardization, implementation, and communication of organizational best practices.
Facilitate and engage cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in support and production environments.
Develop and deliver Quality Improvement training programs across the global footprint.
Drive engagement across Business leaders by presenting and communicating Quality Improvement concepts and value.
Lead Global Quality in planning and development of multi-year strategic plans.
Develop direct reports and other team members in systems thinking, process improvements, and leadership skills.
Identify and develop competency matrix within the quality organization.
Standardize quality homepage with key quality tools as a repository.
Deliverables: Improve/develop the following:
QN/ CAPA cycle time
Quality project initiation from existing data (Agile, Kaizen, 6 Sigma)
Report directly to the VP of Quality
Train and assist all quality control personnel.
Direct quality-related activities in conjunction with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, and any other department/function that affects the quality of the organization's goods or services.
Broad and deep knowledge of chemical product application, processes and Quality theories/ tools that can be implemented in a Chemical Industry.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills are essential for communicating within the team and with customers.
Required Years of Experience
A Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
Master degree is preferred
