Director, Public Relations, Social, And Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Create a holistic PR, social, and influencer marketing strategy to grow Evenflo's brand awareness, and engagement while increasing purchase consideration.

• Collaborate with brand marketing, the internal creative team, and our DTC team to ensure PR, social and influencer marketing is aligned with the overall brand and business needs per season and by-product.

• Manage agency relationships, projects, SOW and negotiations with Evenflo's respective PR, social, and influencer marketing agencies. Day to day responsibilities include writing project briefs, coordinating weekly touch bases and communicating to other key stakeholders at Evenflo on all PR, social and influencer related activities and projects.

• Lead and negotiate marketing collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships.

• Key partners include external agencies, brand marketing, creative and DTC managers.

PR:

• Work directly with our PR agency on project briefs and executions including press releases, product briefings for press, press Q&A and press toolkits.

• Brainstorm lead and execute at least 2 PR driven brand moments a year in collaboration with the brand marketing team.

SOCIAL:

• Work with our social media agency on an overall strategy, best practices and top performing content types to be shared with the larger Evenflo organization to influence product campaigns and content creation.

• Work collaboratively with our internal creative team and our social media agency to brief culturally relevant product-agnostic brand and key consumer moment content to increase Evenflo brand awareness

• Oversee our social media agency on analytics reporting and community management.

INFLUENCER:

• In collaboration with our brand marketing team and influencer agency, identify and execute influencer campaigns for key product launches that align with our brand strategy

• Create and execute an evergreen mega-influencer program to grow Evenflo brand awareness
