Overview TRC is seeking a skilled sales enablement director to support our growing Advanced Energy consulting practice. This individual will set standards, define processes, and play a critical role in quality assurance for Advanced Energy's proposal team, across proposal development, capture planning, and knowledge management.

Additionally, the sales enablement director will oversee a team of proposal coordinators. The director will work closely with our sales enablement senior director, business development and marketing teams, and service delivery teams to help TRC meet growth goals. Responsibilities Manage Advanced Energy's approach to proposal development, periodically assessing, recommending changes to, and fully documenting the proposal and capture processes to align with the organization's growth and strategic goals.

Manage proposal coordinators and senior coordinators, and mentor proposal managers, supporting their professional development and growth. Establish and delivery training to support adoption of the proposal development process across the organization. Identify and lead adoption of digital tools to streamline proposal development and enhance quality.

Support the color team review process, increasing proposal quality and ensuring the bid represents TRC's brand and strategy. Train new proposal team members on the process, tools, and key stakeholders. Contribute to proposal/bid strategy development with cross-cutting teams.

Manage TRC's Advanced Energy team's must-win proposals, as needed, with a focus on capture planning, proposal strategy, project management, and content development. Create compelling, customized, and high-quality responses to client requests and RFPs for opportunities across the U.S. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills at all levels of an organization. Customer-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable contributor. Strong organization skills and attention to detail with experience in enterprise-level proposal and capture process development and adoption.

People-focused management style. Ability to manage time and plan independently. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year). All full-time employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
