Job Description

In this role, you will be working with one of the largest entertainment brands in the world - specifically joining a team that manages organic social marketing for the brand and all its shows.

You will work on-site at the client's office, embedded within an integrated 30+ person team comprised of a mix of client in-house and Razorfish team members across four departments: Editorial, Publishing, Audience Development and Innovation - all working together to deliver culturally relevant content at scale and engage and growing audience of millions.

At a high level, this role will serve as the operational lead for the team working side-by-side with the Senior Client Lead - leading special projects at the direction of the client, define and implement operational processes / workflow and ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence across our team. This person will also sit on the account leadership team and working closely with the Razorfish Client Services Lead and Razorfish Social Strategy Lead to ensure successful outcomes on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Cohesion and Collaboration

  • Facilitate alignment and effective communication between the Editorial, Publishing, Innovation, and Audience Development teams.

  • Organize and lead regular cross-team meetings to ensure strategic alignment and goal tracking.

  • Develop operational strategies to enhance inter-team collaboration and streamline workflows.

  • Oversee and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

  • Standardize workflows and procedures across all pillars to ensure consistency and quality in content creation and strategy.

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Strategic Leadership

  • Effectively collaborates across multiple Stakeholders to 'Inspire a shared vision' for the combined project team

  • Persuasively aligning project team to greater goal

Methodology & Approach

  • Ability to select and customize the tools required to successfully execute the project or program

  • Support and monitor governance of the chosen methodology and use of tools supporting the delivery of work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7-9 years experience managing medium-large size, complex programs.

  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally within an agency or content-driven environment.

  • Experience in content production, publishing and management

  • Knowledge of digital media, social marketing, and social content creation processes in order to ensure the best operational processes and tools can be implemented.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Range: $75 - $120/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
