As Director, Project Management you will be accountable for the delivery of large scale engagements to clients as well as managing the client relationship from a delivery management standpoint.
Manage large, complex projects/programs by balancing scope, time, cost and quality
Lead proposal efforts
Lead sessions to collect data, documents, and other information to create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client.
Create a project plan with a schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task and the task's due date
Lead multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our client.
Manage the financial profitability of client engagements
Plan and help create engagements of work by leading estimation efforts and turn those into project plans
Manage and grow people
Lead the development and maintenance of process and procedural documentation
Brief US agency members on new or revised internal processes which are filtered down from departments and/or the Group.
Establish needs for process improvement, documenting and rolling out to the agency, as well as feeding back recommended changes to the Group.
Enforcing the planning and strategy deadline throughout the agency to ensure meetings and delivery happens. As well as supporting with any other key internal deadlines
Monitor time tracking for the agency, ensuring all members are tracking time regularly and accurately.
Be a champion for our chosen tools, becoming the expert and giving advice and documentation to other members on how to use.
Responsible for financial and project reporting
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Demonstrated success in project management, establishing a PM function, communicating with senior personnel, and in organizing, prioritizing, planning and executing multiple large and medium-scale projects from definition through implementation
In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in digital project delivery within an agency environment
Experience working on web builds, branding, etc. would be a plus
Experience with project management tools used for task/time/resource management
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment would be a plus
Extensive experience and ability leading and managing people and multiple projects; motivation and influencing skills; ability to train colleagues on project management techniques
Ability to build relationships, networks, and credibility with numerous constituents
Organizational expertise with high level of attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.
Confident and articulate presenter to all management levels
