The mission of the Go-to-Market Tech (GTM Tech) organization is to power Intuit's growth through technology-driven go-to-market strategies that deliver transformative experiences for our customers. The team delivers capabilities across Customer Lifecycle Data Management, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Content Management, Customer Communication, Personalization, Experimentation, Product & Pricing Management, Commerce, and Subscription management & Billing.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced individual to join us as a Director - Product Management, Strategic Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategic programs for our GTM Tech organization with the mission of powering Intuit's growth through technology-driven go-to-market strategies that deliver transformative experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategic initiatives of our GTM Tech organization, driving significant organizational change

• Working closely with teams across Intuit, influencing adoption of the capabilities built by GTM Tech, and helping improve self-serve

• Driving the Centralized Governance and Management of Tracking program, collaborating with the Privacy team to address regulatory challenges and establish governance frameworks

• Championing the 'Experimentation Everywhere' vision, fostering the broader adoption of experimentation across Intuit, and celebrating wins and

• Building and coaching a world-class team to support these strategic

• Communicating strategy and progress effectively to stakeholders and teams within Intuit
