In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to product launch, ensuring that our products and solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients while staying ahead of industry trends.

What you’ll do Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive innovation and differentiation in the market through the development of new solutions and features. Conduct competitive analysis and collect client insights to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.

Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client feedback, market demands, and business objectives. Communicate the product roadmap internally and externally, acquiring buy-in and alignment across the organization.

Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, go-to-market and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and excellence. Lead and mentor product and solutions team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the organization. Partner with marketing and new business development teams to create comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth through effective product training and sales enablement initiatives.

Experience working in agile development environments, with a focus on iterative product delivery and continuous improvement. Proven ability to drive results and deliver impactful business outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention-to-detail to ensure that all deliverables consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy.

Positivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 8 years of experience Strong knowledge and experience in financial services, specifically in fund and/or investment operations with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation and transformation.

Experience working with data and API intensive software solutions Experience and proficiency with JIRA software Excellent leadership, planning, time management and organizational skills. Preferred Education and Experience MBA or advanced degree Experience with cloud hosted technology platforms and the Microsoft technology stack Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
