We're on the hunt for an experienced Director Product Management who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as the Director Product Management.

What You'll Be Doing


The ideal candidate for this Director of Product Management- Titling role is one who has successfully directed the transformation of legacy product portfolios. This candidate will have demonstrated abilities to build and deliver new products through the standard product management framework and ensure portfolio provides ROI and a strong value proposition. This person is ready to set the direction of an entire portfolio and participate with senior business leaders on platform level strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic product management efforts for our growing Electronic Titling and Registration Portfolio including; implementation, positioning market analysis, roadmap planning, and prioritization.

  • Collaborate with global and cross-vertical product teams to help shape the strategy and direction around the accurate research and market expansion of titling solutions across markets and verticals.

  • Understand market requirements for the EVR business and translate to strategic portfolio roadmaps. Collaborate with product development to find efficiencies in quality and delivery portfolio through the software development life cycle.

  • Execute strong financial, profitability, ROI and customer value results from business case to delivery, ensure that products are commercially successful and operationally effective.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to equip sales and internal teams with compelling marketing tools and strategies to support positioning of existing products, new product and feature launches, value proposition and targeted sales campaigns. Product determines value proposition and provides competitive information. Ultimately Sales is responsible for setting the price.]

  • Create and support delivery of white papers, discussion papers, client case studies; maintain competitor and industry awareness to drive product evolution.

Other Responsibilities

  • Remediate customer issues and escalations to ensure fast and accurate resolution.

  • Qualify and requalify team to be able to train internal and external users on product/solution; develop training and sales tools.

  • Other duties as necessary to ensure ongoing and on time delivery of portfolio with expected scope and quality to customers.

Responsibilities General Responsibilities * Work under general supervision from designated supervisor. * Process new hire and change transactions for union employees timely and accurately. * Verify accuracy of data entry and correct setup of taxes and deductions. * Monitor for incoming transaction paperwork. * Perform quality review of transaction paperwork to ensure compliance with company guidelines. * Distribute paychecks and direct deposit vouchers timely and in accordance with company policy, union agreements and federal and state regulations. * Assist union employees and management with questions, concerns or requests regarding payroll. This includes properly applying technical knowledge and skills, communicating and listening effectively. * Gather and report metrics. * Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately. * Review payroll documents for compliance with policies and procedures. * Research and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with employees and departments. * Prepare employee documentation for scanning or filing. Ensure records are maintained in accordance with record retention requirements. * Stay current on regulatory, legal and other payroll developments to foresee and/or address payroll initiatives and issues. Qualifications Education/Experience * Kronos Workforce Ready experience desired * High school diploma or GED required * Three to five years multi-state payroll processing experience * Data entry experience * Solid understanding and working knowledge of payroll processes and systems, particularly in an union environment * Strong knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations, with an emphasis on multi-state and local taxation.Skills/Competencies: * Strong MS Office (particularly Excel) and computer skills * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent reading and interpretation skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to maintain confidential information * High degree of professionalism and solid ability in delivering high quality customer service and establishing/maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships. * Excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as a team player .
