Overview

Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) Solutions develops and delivers world-class risk and security products & services for Mastercard customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the C&I Identity Solutions team leads the creation and delivery of innovative Identity Solutions enabling cardholders to experience simple yet secure purchases however & wherever they chose to transact.

The Director Product Management, Digital Identity will report to the VP, Product Management Digital Identity to address product management and marketing for the Mastercard digital identity service. The candidate will drive product management and marketing activities for the digital identity services and implementation. The digital identity service is intended to enable consumers to establish, maintain and use their digital identity data for digital initiative interactions with low friction, high security, and privacy/consent controls.

Role

  • Act as a product owner and manage product management and marketing initiatives for the digital identity business for multiple projects that may be geographically dispersed.

  • Contribute within the core Identity Solutions team defining the details of the global Mastercard digital identity service including product/platform, service, partnerships and governance aspects.

  • Develop product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

  • Work within the core team, extended cross discipline support teams along with local/regional teams in the impacted country/region to advance the business.

  • Contribute to core trust framework service aspects, product evolution with partners, business/pricing models, unique country (government/regulatory) adaption, and ecosystem mapping

  • Contribute to the product & technology partnership strategies for digital identity service launch with stakeholders in globally prioritized targeted markets.

  • Develop product marketing materials for the service releases

  • Work with cross functional teams to develop release plans, testing strategy and training materials

  • Train, develop and support Regional resources to transition critical roles and long term ownership to local resources

All About You

  • Strong passion for and experience within the digital identity domain.

  • Extensive experience with business strategy, product management and product marketing execution in complex and international countries/regions

  • Demonstrated track record achieving business targets and building business relationships with technology partners

  • Experience translating and applying customer feedback (internal, external) to lead product offering strategies.

  • Experience setting direction for product plans and leveraging market insights to differentiate from competitors.

  • Experience in product management, product marketing and commercialization is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills, project delivery and project management experience working with regional market teams.

  • Superior communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

  • Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Retirement Plan Solutions within CDS is comprised of our Corporate Retirement Services and Solutions, as well as our Small Business Retirement Plan businesses. Position Summary: This position will report to the Head of Retirement Plan Solutions, which is comprised of our Corporate Retirement Services business and our Small Business Retirement Plans business. The Product Development Manager will be required to assess, scope, develop and launch solutions and products for small business retirement plans, both discretion and non-discretion, as well as liaise with MS retirement specialists on plan sponsor needs and support for mid-market retirement plans. Specific Responsibilities Include: This position will require close coordination with the respective retirement product management teams; the retirement business development organization and wealth management field management. * Matrix with internal (Global Investment Manager Analysis – GIMA) and external partners for development of solutions and products for small and mid-sized business retirement plans (3(38), 3(21), managed accounts, etc.) * Engage and actively work with third party plan providers. * Work with Legal, Risk and Compliance on drafting program requirements and procedures. * Analyze and provide recommendations for potential use of third party tools and resources to support solutions. * Identify technology gaps and draft requirements accordingly. * Ability to manage all aspects of project development including regular updates to senior management and tracking of key milestones. * Develop presentations on solution and product attributes for use with senior management and key stakeholders. * Train and educate internal and external sales and support staff, as well as MSWM field organization and financial advisors. * Create and execute program rollout strategy with Marketing, Legal and Sales organizations. * Coordinate the development of value-added tools and sales support material targeted for the small plan market. * Maintain project and program plans, including management of complex schedules, risk and issues tracking and planning and status reporting. * Provide comprehensive schedules, including cross-dependency milestones, risk and issues reporting and status reporting with the ability and confidence to conduct senior level communications.
