This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Management Leader, you will be expected to:

  • You will create and support sales engagement strategies for national and regional angiography teams

  • You will act as clinical/technical voice of customer for BU strategy creation

  • You will help define/improve marketing and product requirements as a representative for NAM AT customers

  • You will align with marketing to ensure the products/solutions are positioned appropriately and are effective in meeting the needs of the market

  • You will define, develop and deliver sales team training topics and content

  • Support sales with appropriate product positioning in clinical segments

  • Engage with sales team to obtain angio product feedback

  • Link to AT factory to influence product development cycle

  • Help define product platforms and strategies to take share from entrenched competitors

  • Conduct customer presentations, coordinated as part of sales campaigns with priority customers

  • Create connection with service organization

  • Engage project management for customer-centric installation process

  • Support strategic projects for BL as needed

  • Act as a core consultant for the marketing team to ensure customer POV is met

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in medical technology product management or related field with a preference towards experience with capital imaging equipment

  • Strong knowledge of the medical industry and understanding of the regulations

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done

  • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

The pay range for this position is $149,000 - $190,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
