As the Product Director, we want you to obsess over and advocate for our customer needs by crafting our product vision and leaning on key team members to turn customer insights into actionable strategies and priorities. You will use technical acumen and analytics to guide and execute product decisions. You will be responsible and committed to driving the overall product development lifecycle by effectively collaborating with designers, engineers, project managers, testers, business partners and regional teams. You will have strong business insight, a deep understanding of digital technologies and trends, and most importantly, a passion to build rare and amazing experiences. Your bias for action will lead Agile development teams to bring concepts to market at a rapid pace. Your ability to build positive partnerships, lead and communicate effectively will prove invaluable for you to win in this groundbreaking role.
More specifically, you will:
Develop cross-channel strategic plans to delight customers.
Drive the discovery of new digital product and experience opportunities that drive customer and business outcomes.
Evaluate new product concepts for value and viability. Through a series of quick market experiments, you will de-risk assumptions upfront, and in a rapid fashion.
Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data and analytics, brands, policy/regulatory and market facing teams.
Build and lead multi-functional teams, including product managers and scrum teams consisting of User Experience, User Interface (UI), Quality Assurance (QA), and engineers.
Partner collaboratively with designers to build final user flows and screen designs.
Generate epics and user stories to provide the Development team with an understanding of the product vision.
Collaborate with engineers and QA testers in an Agile environment to develop new features and resolve product issues.
Define and monitor a thorough set of metrics to ensure the success of new products.
Analyze performance data and customer input to continuously embrace ways to improve the experience.
What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an Information Technology (IT) related discipline
Seven (7) years of experience as a product manager
Three (3) years leading at-scale product teams to deliver web and mobile products in a fast-growing environment
Experience managing teams of one (1+) people
Travel as required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Master's Degree in Business Administration
Two (2) years in Management Consulting OR five (5) years of corporate experience in business strategy
Five (5) years of working in Agile Product Management
Four (4) years of management experience
