Paysafe is a leading provider of payments capabilities to merchants and consumers across different market verticals in several geographies. As the payments market evolves Paysafe is investing heavily in new innovative areas. In this position, you will collaborate with customers, sales, and internal operations to expand and grow the eCommerce high-risk business. This individual will lead a product team focused on creating and providing payment solutions within high-risk verticals, such as Nutraceuticals, multi-level marketing, seminars, and CBD. This position reports into the Vice President Product Management of the Payment Processing division with a dotted line to the General Manager.Main Responsibilities* Understand current business strategy focused on providing software as a service payment capability to merchants and partners in the eCommerce high-risk portfolios * Build, execute, and maintain a customer centric product strategy within high-risk niche ecommerce markets * Lead a team of product managers and product owners to deliver quality solutions and timely releases using a lean-agile product methodology * Engage with current customers, potential customers, and sales staff to solicit feedback on the payment gateway features to build and maintain a 1 3 years product roadmap * Identify, develop, test and review innovation opportunities, commercially evaluating them in accordance with the global Paysafe methodology * Intimately understand the competitive landscape identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Paysafe offering compared with other products in the market * Create business cases to support the development work during concept phase, while creating, maintaining, and monitoring KPIs that monitor both financial and product effectiveness during the entire product life cycle * Incorporate and transition current eCommerce gateway offerings into Paysafe's global unified gateway strategy * Stay current with payment market trends in payment industry with a focus on eCommerce high-risk verticals, evaluating buy, build, and partner product opportunities * Support sales teams in describing and demonstrating the high-risk platform functionality for prospective customers * Closely monitor regulatory, compliance and risk trends in the industry to identify emerging consumer, operator and platform needs to inform the product roadmap * Have a solid understanding of the economic drivers to Paysafe Pay Later and be able to create initiatives to maximize revenue and gross margin. * Follow and enhance the Paysafe Product Development methodologyKey Competencies* 10+ years product management experience within the payments industry with a focus on eCommerce market verticals * Developing and growing products in niche verticals within the eCommerce space * Demonstrated success bringing products to market from concept to market roll-out utilizing an agile product delivery methodology * Ability to work with development teams to create new or enhance existing platforms * Ability to manage teams both directly and indirectly through influence * Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
