This leader will assess our current environment and then recommend, implement and manage solutions that are best suited for our business. This is the perfect role for a person who has expertise in process and quality management and is eager to apply his or her skills to our rapidly growing entrepreneurial business.

Conduct strategic business analysis to define the processes and tribal knowledge that currently exist within IntelliScript
Identify overlap, similarity and disparity
Bring significant issues to executive leadership for input
Document and implement processes; measure and manage results; determine how to share metrics, at what frequency, etc.
Assess, recommend, and implement appropriate process improvement and/or quality control methodologies
Develop clear, meaningful metrics i.e. measurable objectives for each process, department, deliverable, etc.
Convey action plans and coordinate tasks

Influence and implement change effectively and hold us accountable to following new processes
Allow for creativity with safety nets for quality
Ten or more years of professional experience in business process optimization and transformation (in-house and/or as a consultant)
Current and past roles in strategy, analysis and tactical execution
Demonstrated expertise in process, quality and continuous improvement methodologies
A team player who is well-versed in developing and implementing strategy, leading and managing teams, mitigating many types of risk, identifying appropriate metrics and processes, and delivering results
Core competencies of effective change management through assessment, recommendation based upon expertise and context, collaborative in fostering change and auditing adherence
Demonstrated "let's find a way to do it" attitude - no task is too big or too small
Comfortable working through ambiguous situations
Self-driven to assess a need, conduct research, present a resolution, implement and manage
Collaborative and diplomatic approach, willing to accept or challenge the status quo
Ability to understand and communicate with audiences that are both technical and non-technical minded

Continued education, degree, certification(s), and/or professional training in any of the following: economics, business, math, statistics, computer science, information systems
Experience in software-as-a-service, actuarial science and/or insurance underwriting industry
This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the Milliman office.
All employees are currently working remotely and will do so until such a time when we can return to the office safely.
