JOB SUMMARY

The Habit Burger Grill is looking for a Director, Performance & Customer Engagement Marketing who is innovative with a growth mindset, and agile to manage a wide range of marketing initiatives for the brand. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the primary focus of the Director, Performance & Customer Engagement Marketing is to set and manage the strategic direction of brand growth through customer engagement and digital marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Set overall strategic direction and lead brand growth through customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

  • Drive profitable, long-term customer relationships through customer engagement initiatives and digital customer marketing.

  • Lead the strategic development and go-to market delivery of Loyalty and establish lifecycle marketing practices at Habit.

  • Responsible for digital marketing (CRM, SEM, Display, Retargeting).

  • Champion and influence marketing transformation through new marketing technologies and digital capabilities.

  • Partner with Digital and Transformation on UX/UI to drive ecommerce growth and lead the growth agenda with third party delivery partners.

  • Drive performance by turning a deeper customer understanding into impact through data and analytics.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications preferred.

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

  • Minimum 8-10 years of directly applicable digital marketing experience; industry experience preferred.

  • Management experience overseeing team of managers and individual contributors preferred.

  • Experience working with brands that have strong digital performance culture.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of an organization and both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understanding of and ability to work on all aspects of consumer lifecycle marketing initiatives, from strategic planning through execution

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to parse out data and make informed decisions.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $155,700.00 to 183,300.00 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
