We believe that the driven, humble and wonderfully talented folks who work here are our biggest competitive advantage. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a strong HR team, overseeing HR, employee relations, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
What You'll Do
Strategize and operationalize SeatGeek HR policies and processes across the globe
Be a strategic member of SeatGeek's growing people organization, partnering with other People Team leads across recruiting, office operations, and compensation & benefits
Lead and manage a team up to 6, overseeing HR, L&D, and D&I efforts
Help create the learning and development curriculum and learning strategy
Ensure company compliance in all areas of labor law globally
Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding and ensure all systems supporting this are operating at a high level
Work with business leaders and the People team leadership across the globe to develop the People Operations roadmap
Leading ad-hoc analysis efforts and support operational related projects as needed.
Coach and mentor team members, playing an active role in developing expertise.
What You Have
7+ years managing HR teams ideally in a high-growth company
Experience building a team and growing it to scale
Strong project management background
Exceptional people and communication skills, with an ability to inspire others
Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Global experience is a plus
Current PHR /SPHR, CCP is a plus
