Overview Key member of the PEO Service team whereby you will contribute to the achievement of the Business units KPI's and overall Service strategy. Provides direction, guidance and development to the Centers of Excellence, Migration teams, and Implementation teams of both PEO platforms.

KPI's include profitability, client satisfaction and growth. As a highly collaborative leader, you will develop productive relationships to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. You will be a stakeholder in facilitating positive customer outcomes as we move customers from sales to service as well as support the business in back-office COE functions.

Responsibilities Directs and leads the PEO Implementation, Flex migration teams and Center of Excellence teams to ensure business targets are achieved. Will be accountable for Implementation CSAT scores, migration NPS score, and share responsibility on NPS loyalty score. Continuously improve process ahead of our need to scale all facets of this organization.

Leads and coordinates operations planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting for implementations of new clients and migration of clients into the PEO. Critical liaison with our sales partners. Additionally, builds strong partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, set strategy, manage change, and resolve problems to support our enterprise clients.

Creates and executes influence strategies that gain commitment to one's ideas and persuades key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals. Gains status with our product and IT partners as a champion for the PEO on product innovation. Provides Senior executive updates, communication, and awareness of this organization in a clear concise fashion.

Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs and other resources as required for professional development. Will own, execute, and report on key business initiatives and/or special projects that have high impact to the Business Unit.

Prepares the capital and operating budgets for the cost center(s) and analyzes interdepartmental reports as they relate to the cost center(s). Achieves cost center projections through labor expense and administrative expense controls. Participates in the development and directs the implementation of new policies and procedures related to PEO Implementation and COE. Responsible for driving a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement to ensure process/procedures remain relevant and allow for the most efficient execution.

Maintains current knowledge on trends and competitors in the PEO space to ensure our service approach continues to meet client and market demands. Participates within a regional or national chapter of NAPEO to drive industry awareness back into our PEO. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 5 years of experience in Senior level leadership; Sales and/or Operations.

Demonstrates problem solving skills. Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $215,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $215,000 annually.
