In this role:
You will work in close association with Philips organizations globally with focus on developing projects and structuring financing solutions to support large projects or flow business financing in both healthcare & personal health domain. Responsible to identify, analyse, structure, execute complex financing transactions in both debt and equity domain. In this non-managerial position, you shall team up with other regional and global Philips colleagues across different functions to deliver on financing structuring in sync with suitable financing sources.
Build and execute competitive financing programs for Philips configured solutions in close cooperation with Business groups & Markets.
Identify and optimize product solutions and financial sourcing of funds (debt / equity) to drive the business and offload balance sheet exposure; in particular, for large scale projects, including PPPs and Managed Equipment Service transactions, or other leasing structures
Responsible for developing and maintaining network of global finance partners (Banks, Leasing companies, development finance institution etc) including approval, coverage, risk and performance management, NPS to support across healthcare and personal health customer financing requirements.
End to end deal support to markets on finance access and insurance support - customer facing where appropriate; Assess and structure new deals, manage due-diligence process, engage external consultants & negotiate deal terms and conditions with customers & financing partners and corrective actions
Standardize and configure programs and solution for maximum LEAN productivity and win rates
Strong internal and external stakeholder management to deliver on financing solutions including structuring and documentation capabilities.
Drive best practice sharing of repeatable solutions / financing programs to other markets
Negotiate financing agreements, legal documentation and prepare internal signing approval with senior stakeholders within Philips (Philips Capital Board, legal, fiscal, accounting etc.)
Responsible for building up sales excellence, capabilities & value proposition of financing solutions
Academic degree Masters or above in Business Economics or Finance;
Highly effective professional with 8-10+ years financing experience in deal origination, structuring and execution; preference for healthcare financing experience;
Strong track-record in executing various forms of financing solutions & contracts (leasing, project financing, soft loan programs etc.)
Existing network with various financial institutions
Practical experience in a globally scoped role in various geographies esp. with different maturity of financial markets, incl. developing and emerging markets knowledge
Expected Local / International Travel Time
