The role

The Director of Partnership Operations is responsible for managing operations for the Money partnership portfolio. You will be directly responsible for service delivery, operational cost management of the portfolio and, customer experience and productivity improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Set strategic operational vision for the Samsung partnership

  • Oversee operational expenses and service delivery

  • Strong partnering with cross-functional operations teams to include customer service, risk, financial crimes, and collections. Requires frequent communication and collaboration

  • Strategic partner/liaison for the partner working relationship between Samsung, Product, Engineering, etc.

  • Liaison between the partner, Product, and Marketing teams to communicate and deliver operational requirements

  • Develop and execute customer experience and cost efficiency plans

  • Work closely with the partner to develop strategies that improve the product and experience

  • Manage KPIs and provide performance updates to internal stakeholders and partners

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a leadership role, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background

  • Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred

  • Familiarity with financial services, consumer business, and technology

  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively

  • A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organization skills

About the team This team provides finance support to the Chief Growth Officer organization (CGO). What you will be doing * You will be finance lead for major commercial negotiations to ensure profitability and proper revenue recognition * Assist operators in construction of business cases including major enterprise partnerships and key strategic initiatives * Gather data and build reports that help identify beneficial external partnership opportunities within fintech ecosystem * Analyze revenue and expenditures to help achieve growth targets and maintain financial discipline What you bring * 5+ years of experience * Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
