Primary purpose:The Director of Operations reports to the General Manager and is responsible for all Operations and fabrication activities associated with SouthTex Treaters fabrication operations within the Kinder Morgan Treating Group including, but not limited to, safety performance, facilities operations and maintenance, regulatory compliance, budget preparation and stewardship, personnel matters, training compliance, emergency response, gas processing equipment and vessel fabrication project oversight, production scheduling and inventory control Essential duties and responsibilities: Operations:Deliver on strong site health, safety and environmental performance every day. Has authority to obtain all resources necessary to minimize environmental impact

You will use your advanced leadership abilities and manufacturing experience to safely and efficiently fabricate high-quality gas processing vessels and other equipment to deliver to our customers

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, make sound decisions and work effectively in a team environment

Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize workload, drive continuous improvement, and increase productivity while adhering to all safety standards

Drive the work processes and standards to ensure the highest production productivity and quality

Maintains a current working knowledge of regulatory and company operating requirements and coordinates activities with regulatory agencies, other company departments, customers, the General Manager, and Senior ManagementDirects SouthTexs performance to meet or exceed all safety, budgetary, and efficiency goals and commitments and ensures alignment with corporate goals, including Kinder Morgans Operational Excellence initiative

Ensures alignment with corporate, business unit, region, and division goals and objectives

Develops and stewards manager/employee development to meet changing staffing need for operations

Coordinates, prepares or maintains various reports, records, and other documents concerning maintenance and operations issues, expense management, safety & regulatory compliance, and employee administrative issues

Ensures all assigned employees are familiar with manuals, policies/procedures and technical standards

Promotes and stewards division operations & maintenance budgets. Oversees and administers approved budgets

Actively promotes all Corporate and HR initiatives and ensures compliance in all recruiting, promotional opportunities and in the discipline process

Position Requirements

Education:Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering or Operations ManagementMinimum of 5 years management experience (including Manufacturing Leadership experience)Minimum of 10 years of thorough working experience/knowledge in gas treating equipment manufacturing (amine treating, glycol dehydration, natural gas stabilization) and fabrication operations, basic hydraulics, metallurgy and welding procedures, regulatory compliance standards, contract administration, quality control, and emergency response/ incident command Certifications, licenses, registrations:A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State drivers license are required Competencies, skills, and abilities:Experience in Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise methodologies

Must demonstrate effective leadership capabilities, initiative and self-motivationMust be able to accept direction and supervision and work effectively and cooperatively with all personnel and customers

Ability to lead and manage people in maintaining, changing and/or improving performance in the area of safety, operational excellence, and risk reduction

Ability to effectively communicate using both oral and written forms of communication to internal and external parties

Effective reading and computer skills Working conditions: The regular work environment is typically in an office. However, work will often require the director to be outside at facilities and exposed to extreme heat, cold and inclement weather, 10%-25% may involve computer related activities

Apply at Position: Clinical Operations Director Reports to: Vice President Clinical Operations Job Description/Requirements: As a Clinical Operations Director, you will: * Liaise with Operations departments to observe and assess areas for improvement for regional processes, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, IT, PMO team. Assist with establishing best practices for GM/OPEX, special projects, validate data, identify Subject Matter Experts (SME), and be a resource for operations functions for the PMO team. * Perform comprehensive assessments and analysis of clinical process in the offices and develop education based on the needs and findings to support the care centers on ways to improve the delivery of patient care. * Guide the development of the organization's process for eligibility, skilled need, development of care plan and the delivery of care for our home health and hospice operations. * Create SOPs and document these processes as needed for operational improvements. Support care centers with both pre- and post-claim review as needed. * Serve as expert resource to the care centers and regional leadership regarding Medicare COPs, company policy, Medicare episodic management and key indicators. * Keep care centers aware of regulatory changes and guidelines when needed. Support the compliance functions. Provide support during state survey, accreditation survey and participate in PAG meetings. * Ensure that the care centers are performing high quality care that is reflected in the Star ratings.
