Job Description Summary Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Effectively convert confirmed customer orders into cash, while consistently meeting or beating commitments to customers and the corporation in terms of schedule, performance, and COGS Identify, analyze, and sustainably improve operational execution/predictability in those areas that are deemed most critical to maximizing business growth & profitability Develop, define, and refine manufacturing systems & processes to support business strategy and consistently execute at desired levels Ensure the factory floor is consistently clean, well-organized, and easily understood by those who work here and those who visit Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop operations staff in ways that create maximum competitive advantage for the business Be an effective member of the Reynolds management team Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.

A.) from four-year college or university Seven (7) years related experience overseeing Operations in a Manufacturing environment Proficient experience in Microsoft Office applications Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Salary range: $180k - $195 Salary Range: $149,600.00-$199,980.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
