Position Purpose: Provide strategic leadership on end-to-end functional quality assurance initiatives to ensure best-in-class quality outcomes for Business Operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance initiatives are fully integrated throughout the department, maximizing opportunity to improve outcomes and detect quality gaps.
Provide strategic direction and leadership across all department functions to improve quality assurance outcomes
Research, identify, and implement best practices in collaboration with Operations leadership
Organize and oversee activities, resources, methods, and procedures to achieve department quality assurance strategy
Review and implement new tools and processes and foster team concept with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes
Present results and analysis of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to senior management
Bachelor's degree in Management or Business or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4 years experience in management, business, or contracting. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Quality improvement experience strongly preferred. Healthcare operations experience preferred.
