Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Operations Primary Care Senior Strategy. This is a full-time opportunity located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and directs office operations for multiple AgeWell /Senior Primary Care offices.

• Develops and implements home-based models of care. Responsible for office manager recruitment/orientation and workflow evaluation and redesign in conjunction with manager(s) and physician(s).

• Participates in financial and strategic planning for offices. Works with the Medical Director to establish/implement quality measures for the Senior Primary Care Delivery Model.

• Ensures processes for revenue capture are effective and efficient. Works collaboratively with office manager(s) to improve clinical operations.

• Serves as an administrative liaison for Human Resource issues.
