Director, Operations - PA & NJ

Job Overview:

The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the NSA Brands division (200+ stores) of National Storage Affiliates in all facets of store operations and performance. This person will lead a team of Regional Managers, Area Managers and field team members to deliver a great experience for our team and customers while living and promoting our values as the leader of the NSA Brands division.

This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.

Reports to: Sr. Director Operations

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus + Long Term Incentive

Location: The successful candidate must be based in Philadelphia, PA or in the State of NJ.

• Develops and implements long range business strategies to ensure that stores across the region are meeting or exceeding forecasted revenue plans.

• Responsible for key performance indicators (KPI) across the division.

• Possess the ability to inspire, have fun and have a team follow you because they want to, not because they have to.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred

• 5-7 years of Management experience in multi-unit environment is required

• Leading operations changes across the organization

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
