As Director of Operations, Education, you will be responsible for managing a complex operation with a significant budget, overseeing 5 plus direct reports and 50 indirect reports to including Education, Facilities, and Information Technology. This role provides a world-class learning environment that has a positive impact on student enrollment, retention, and profitability while fostering teamwork and ensuring the highest standard and consistent education delivery.

Responsibilities
Manages and directs the education, facilities, and IT operations by focusing on key business metrics, developing talent, and effectively managing change, while collaborating with functional leaders and peers to drive consistency.
Establish/maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated, and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management, and career-development activities.
Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements.
Provide students with a positive experience and education by ensuring the education function is operating effectively and efficiently, creating a learning environment for student success, and ensuring the curriculum is delivered and applied appropriately.
Ensure that UTI is compliant with legal standards and accrediting bodies and in alignment with industry partner expectations
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.
10 years of progressive professional experience in operations or service-related industry
5 years of leadership or management experience in operations or service-related industry including P&L/budgetary responsibility.
Skills
Project Management and strategic thinking skills.
Excel at leading, motivating, coaching, and developing their team.
Leadership skills in areas such as building a strong culture, change management, driving customer service excellence, and the ability to create a highly desirable workplace.
