Director, Online Graduate Career Services

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Career Services, the Associate Dean for Career Services, the Director of Online Graduate Career Services is an integral member of the Raymond A. Mason Graduate Career Management Center and the Center for Online Learning teams. In this new role, the Director will envision and implement a comprehensive strategy to serve working professionals and executive students and alumni in a growing portfolio of online graduate programs.

The Director may play an active role in selecting professional associations and external organizations where beneficial to the reputation of the Mason School of Business amongst employers, in the field of higher education and/or to program rankings. The Director serves as an expert in online student career and professional development services, and serves as a key partner of career services colleagues (including those focused on serving residential students) - while identifying and advocating for the unique needs of online students.
