Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Director of Youth Crisis and Substance Abuse Services in Worcester.

Responsibilities
Oversight of clinical and programmatic operations of the the two MCI teams, our adolescent detox and stabilization program (MYR), and our school-based substance abuse programs.
Maintain and comply with regulations and specifications of the program funders.
Represent CHL at all local and statewide meetings, MCE Network Management Meetings, and other stakeholder meetings.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of program management staff.
Ability to manage all fiscal aspects of programs, i.e.; managing budgets, program expenses, census, staffing, etc.
Oversee the ongoing implementation of effective Quality Management activities in each program.
Demonstrate effective, person centered strength based communication with staff and consumers.
Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Qualifications
Master's Degree mental health counseling, social work, psychology
Massachusetts independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Licensed Psychologist)
7 years experience in children's mental health settings
4 years supervisory experience
Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-related purposes
Must be able to pass a CORI and a DCF/CPS background check
