The State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz invites applications in consideration for appointment to the Director of Wellness & Recreation to serve in the Department of Athletics, Wellness, & Recreation. This calendar-year position will be responsible for the vision and operations for the wellness and recreation program at SUNY New Paltz. They will manage the operations of the Athletic Wellness Center (a 57,000 square foot building that houses two fitness areas and indoor track). The University also has a pool that is used for both competition and recreation, an auxiliary gym, and multiple other workout spaces. The director will serve as a senior staff member within the department and report directly to the Director of Athletics, Wellness and Recreation.
