In this Director of Website Personalization and Optimization role, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving execution of our personalization and web optimization efforts across the enterprise. These activities will increase product awareness, drive business results and improve the digital experience for our customers.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Director of Website Personalization and Optimization you will:

  • Directly influence the effectiveness of Paid Media, SEO and other website traffic that generates pipeline for our products

  • This is a high visibility role to own the corporate vision and roadmap for web personalization, testing and audience building

  • Build and mentor a team of web testing, personalization and audience creation professionals at various stages of their careers

  • Identify the biggest revenue driving opportunities to leverage personalization in web journeys

  • Build and own responsibility for the execution of a cross-functional roadmap that will deliver on revenue opportunities

  • Partner cross-functionally to advocate for improvements to data strategy, technology purchasing decisions and other requirements for driving personalization and website testing across the organization

About You

You're a fit for the role of Director of Website Personalization and Optimization if your background includes:

  • 10+ years in a website testing role related to demand generation with statistically significant and scalable test results with quantitative results.

  • 10+ years of experience in web-specific technologies and web strategy

  • 5+ years driving web personalization activities across a large organization

  • 5+ years of experience with AEM, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager

  • 7+ years managing a cross-functional team in a highly matrixed organization

  • 10+ years experience with web analytics solutions including Adobe Analytics, HotJar, and Pendo

  • Experience with providing guidance to organize large, complex data sets

  • Experience with the Adobe Web Stack, Treasure Data or other CDP

  • Understanding of other marketing channels including email marketing, social media, content, and SEM/paid advertising.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Web Development, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Design or UX preferred.

  • Proven track record of building world class teams with cohesive processes, reporting templates and stakeholder reviews.

  • Critical and strategic thinker; ability to understand all available information, synthesize, and communicate approaches and analysis clearly and concisely.

  • Comfortable working under deadlines, managing multiple priorities, taking initiative, and paying close attention to detail.
