What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a performance-driven Director of Webinars who can produce high performing sales webinars, as well as manage, train, drive, and develop our dynamic Sales Webinar Presenter team. This position will be responsible for the development and performance of all monthly sales webinar presentations within the company. We need an innovative, highly motivated performer who can not only talk the talk but walk the walk in regards to sales presentations to help grow and inspire our team's performance. Responsible for achieving budgeted Goals and KPIs for the Sales Presenter team.
Develop and deploy strategies to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the webinar team by establishing and maintaining a system of reports and communications involving overall team and individual performance.
Responsible for the development of Webinar Hosts through daily sales training meetings and exercises.
Establishes continued development of the team through motivation, counseling, skills enhancements and knowledge development.
Monitor the performance of the Webinar Sales Presenter team.
Manages Webinar Sales Presenters schedules based on performance metrics to ensure all presentations have the optimal presenter on deck.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Responsible for recruiting and developing the team to ensure we have top tier talent at all times.
Collaborate with creative team to develop and refine webinar presentation decks.
Helps create and refine webinar presentation decks to achieve sales and presentation KPIs.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Performs productions in house, webinars, live and digital events.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes, and core values and ensures these are communicated and implemented within the team.
3+ years in a Sales Presenter role either online or in person
7+ years in a Sales Management, Seminar/Webinar Producer or Presenter Management role
Sales and Marketing experience, demonstrated effective selling of products
Advanced to intermediate experience with webinar platforms such as Go To Webinar
Advanced level experience with PowerPoint or similar presentation software
Experience with Adult Educational Products a plus
Financial Market experience a plus

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self- starter with ability to effectively collaborate
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
