DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate and achieve results through others

  • Demonstrate successful tactics, problem-solving, and time management

  • Encompass leadership skills to access, coach, counsel, and develop others

  • Effectively lead through changes management

  • Proven track record of successful internal partnerships that result in the achievement of enterprise goals and objectives

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial reporting to recognize opportunities for efficiencies and growth

  • Receptive to feedback and leadership coaching

  • Ability to listen and gain trust with internal and external partners, including the senior leadership team

  • Ability to prepare and present sales reports, pipeline, and forecast on overall team performance to senior management

  • Monitor sales performance behaviors and analyze to identify areas for improvement and strategic alignment

  • Function independently with little supervision in performing job duties

  • Partner to the VP of Sales to achieve and exceed enterprise sales goals and provide recommendations to ongoing challenges and strategic thinking for enhanced performance

  • Active and intermediate user of sales CRM, ensuring 80% accuracy of team

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field is required
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth

  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Developed problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Detailed-oriented and organized for record keeping and time management

  • Genuine curiosity and active listener

  • Effectively resolve customer and employee conflict

  • Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

  • Track and enter data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
