Summary:

As the Technical Leader for IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, and Cloud Management at OneDigital, you will be at the forefront of our technology landscape, driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability. Reporting to the VP of IT Infrastructure, security, and Operations, your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide visionary guidance, and ensure seamless operations across our

critical systems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Strategy and Leadership:

• Define and execute the technical vision for OneDigital's IT infrastructure.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex infrastructure components.

Network Architecture and Optimization:

• Develop and maintain a robust network architecture that supports scalability, security, and high availability.

• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

• Collaborate with vendors to optimize network services.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.

Telecom Systems Management:

• Manage telecommunications services, including voice, data, and video communication.

• Ensure efficient utilization of telecom resources.

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

Cloud Expertise:

• Design and implement cloud solutions (public, private, or hybrid) to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.

• Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations for an environment running in the Azure cloud, including annual infrastructure testing to validate the availability of network connectivity and Recovery Time Objective as well as Recovery Point Objective

• Lead cloud migration initiatives and ensure seamless integration.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments.

• Collaborate with information security teams to address vulnerabilities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Project Leadership and Change Management:

• Lead infrastructure projects, from planning to execution. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization.

• Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide technical teams.

• Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.

• Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic and evolving technology landscape.

• Strategic Vision: Aligning technical initiatives with organizational goals.

• Hands-On Expertise: Comfortable diving into technical details when needed.

• Mergers and Acquisitions: Leveraging experience in mergers and acquisitions to support the integration of IT infrastructure, Network, and Telecom services during business acquisitions.

Strong background in various technical areas, including:

• Multi-platform hardware and software technologies

• ITIL standards

• Network infrastructure connectivity

• Availability, performance, and capacity management

• Experience with business system continuity planning and IT security risk management

• Azure Cloud, PaaS, and IaaS technologies

• Financial acumen and cost management skills

• Working knowledge of various technologies, including Microsoft products, network stack components, and server virtualization

• Experience in 24x7 operations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Education, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information Systems, or a master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of extensive experience in infrastructure design, network engineering, telecom management, and cloud architecture.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT

Location:

• Must report into the office for the following hybrid work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - in office from 9-5 ET. There are no exceptions to this policy. Monday and Friday are remote working days.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
