As a Technology Director, your team will be responsible for implementing leading edge AI based system monitoring and problem resolution tools for critical banking applications. You will also lead the monthly executive level operational reporting process, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems used to generate those reports.
Design and deploy AI based system monitoring and automated problem resolution tools
Maintain and enhance these tools as new components and/or features are rolled out
Champion improvements to system / application performance and stability
Lead monthly executive level operational reporting process
Application owner for Sustain360 reporting database
Lead disaster recovery plans & event execution
Proven track record of providing thought leadership in the technology area -- and applying technology to solve business problems
Effective and professional oral and written communication skills; ability to translate detailed technical problems/solutions into easy to understand business terms
Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to ask the right questions and effectively diagnose the root cause of technical issues
Experience with leading Fintech vendors and solutions
Ability to work with all levels of an organization; Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with modern system integration and software development patterns and technologies, including Cloud Engineering concepts, Dev Ops concepts, Rest APIs, etc
Experience working Agile software development processes
Experience with UX technologies & web content development
Experience with custom webserver configuration such as modules, mime types, character encoding, expire headers, locations and proxy pass configuration
Experience working with and leading onshore and offshore teams
Familiarity with service management and ITIL processes
Collaborative and team focused; Eagerness to learn
Ability to occasionally work off-hours / weekends
BS and 10+ years of work technology experience or equivalent work experience
