Director of Talent Acquisition

Washington, DC and Crystal City, VA; On-Site Position (with some remote flexibility), No Relocation Available

Role Description

What You Will Do:

  • Define, develop, and execute a firmwide recruitment strategy

  • Serve as a talent scout -- representing U.Group in the marketplace

  • Research and identify the most accomplished and award-winning, creative talent in the industry

  • Build and cultivate relationships with prominent stakeholders of the leading educational programs for interns, graduating seniors, and alumni talent

  • Proactively source executive level candidates through networking with U.Group colleagues, professional organizations, educational programs, and social media platforms, and your personal/professional network

  • Provide support to the recruiting team as they work to source top talent

  • Collaborate with Management and Human Resources to resolve talent acquisition challenges

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of identifying talent that fuels a people-centric culture

  • Experience with IT and professional services firms preferred

  • Ability to assess business needs and quickly identify the unique attributes and qualifications that drive success

  • Proven track record of effectively managing a talent acquisition process

  • Demonstrated experience as a change agent with a background in change management

  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems, ATS

  • Excellent written and verbal communications/presentation skills
