The Director of Talent Acquisition will report into the VP, Human Resources and will coach and lead a team of TA professionals. The Director of TA will develop recruiting strategies, analyze hiring data, identify process improvement, and rebrand the ComPsych careers pages.
Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing direction, mentoring, feedback, and recognition
Develop recruiting, sourcing and retention strategies and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the talent needs of the organization
Work with leadership team to identify workforce needs and proactively plan recruitment strategies based on data, trends, and the market
Create a strong talent brand, leveraging ComPsychs mission and passionate workforce
Manage full recruitment process for select senior level openings
Prepare and analyze recruiting compliance reports
Identify and track key performance indicators related to talent acquisition and incorporate the metrics into department goals
Collaborate with management and recruiting teams to optimize the process and results
Partner with all recruiting vendors to ensure great service and quality
8+ years of recruiting experience and 3+ years of management experience in a professional and fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree required
Excellent business acumen, with high energy, sense of urgency, and can do positive attitude
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and networking skills
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive and active candidates
