The Director will provide direct oversight of patient safety, clinical quality, and accreditation programs by being instrumental in developing, implementing, and overseeing the maintenance of continuous patient safety and quality improvement initiatives for AnMed and affiliated entities. He/ she will provide oversight of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all quality and safety internal auditing processes, and incident reporting processes, as well as training and technical assistance.

In addition, he/ she will oversee and monitor internal accreditation standards. As part of the leadership team, the Director will be a driving force behind building a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders. He/she will provide an integration strategy for all quality and safety efforts for AnMed#s system.

Education/ Qualifications: Master#s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration required. RN#License required.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Three to Five years of experience in clinical quality or performance improvement in a healthcare setting required. Three to Five years of experience in compliance, regulatory management, quality control, quality improvement, data analysis or quality assurance required.
