Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Director of Student Services supports and oversees student recruitment and retention, acts as the direct supervisor for the Administrative Assistants, directs the establishment and retention of community partnerships, executes communication and marketing strategies for HCCS, actively assists the Career Technical Education and Services Specialist with career center programs and practices, and assists with oversight of facilities accorded as directed by the either the COO or the Executive Director.

Letter of Reference (optional) 3. Proof of Highest Level of Education . Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree from an accredited college or university preferred. . Valid Multiple / Single Subjects or Designated Subject: Adult Education credential or credentials of equivalent authorization issued by the CTC are required.
. Minimum of five years of experience as a classroom teacher preferred; and three years of training and experience as a site lead or comparable leadership position at a school site and/or district office. . A strong background in effective implementation of professional development, data, marketing, communication and direct support with student services preferred . A minimum of 3 years of experience working with student recruitment, marketing, media outreach, community partnership building and background of student academic services that lead to completion of K-12 th grade. . The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people on a daily basis . Possession of a valid California driver's license
