We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our vibrant Ooltewah United Methodist Church community as a full-time Director of Student Ministry. The Director of Student Ministry will be responsible for leading and nurturing the spiritual growth of our student members, fostering a sense of community and belonging, and providing opportunities for fellowship, service, and discipleship.

The Director of Student Ministry at OUMC will make it their mission to prepare our students for a lifetime relationship with Christ. This individual's main concern will be leading our students in spiritual and personal development to become a Christ-like servant.
