We're searching for an enthusiastic and goal-driven business development leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate will find it fun to network, market, and build relationships to increase business with our industry partners.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with real estate agents and various other referral partners

• Attend sales meetings and networking business functions to promote brand awareness

• Manage accounts and expand business relationships

• Present strategies and training to our referral partners for increasing sales

• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business

• Work closely with Social Media team in creation of digital and social media marketing content to increase business

• Potential to manage team of mortgage professionals, including sales and operations support

Qualifications:

• Strong personal and business relationship skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

• Proven track record of success with 10+ years of experience in a mortgage sales or mortgage business development position

• Experience with Mortgage Purchase market and marketing techniques

• Experience and ability to develop new relationships

• Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, preferably Velocify, and working knowledge of Encompass is helpful

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in Excel helpful

• Ability to travel as needed

• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.

• Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
