Director of Special Services

Job Summary: Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking a Director of Special Services to supervise the Special Services Department, inclusive of the districts child study teams, nurses and aligned support staff.

Qualifications:

• NJ Standard Principal certificate or School Administrator certificate required;

• Master's degree in related area preferred;

• Minimum of five years successful teaching experience;

• Minimum of three years experience as a Director or Principal in a NJ public school;

• Experience with Child Study Teams preferred;

• Knowledge of federal and state law as well as judicial decisions relevant to the Special Services Department;

• Strong skill set in human relations, communications, problem solving and organization

If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment.
