Roles and Responsibilities:Talview is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead its Campus Hiring Solution Vertical. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully selling similar products within the Indian market and should have at least 2 years of team management experience. The Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of Talview's virtual campus hiring platform and will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team.· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for the Campus Hiring Solution Vertical.· Identify and target potential clients in the IT, BPO, and BFSI sectors seeking efficient virtual solutions for campus hiring.· Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including recruitment heads, C-level executives and HR managers.· Utilize market insights to tailor sales strategies and offerings to meet the unique needs of different client segments.· Showcase the benefits and features of Talview's virtual interviewing platform, scheduling, drive management capabilities, and assessment suite to potential clients.· Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and other relevant aspects of the sales cycle.· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.· Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to contribute to product enhancements.· Hire, train, and mentor a full-stack sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.· Foster a positive and results-oriented team environment that encourages innovation and customer-centricity. Qualifications· A minimum of 13+ years of heading sales within SaaS or recruitment technology space, including successfully building and leading enterprise sales teams.· Familiarity with virtual interviewing, assessment, and recruitment technologies is highly desirable.· Experience in building and leading sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.· Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that undergoes rapid changes.· Has collaborated closely with academic institutions, universities and understands their unique needs and challenges· Has a data-driven approach, ability to forecast revenue, identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly· A hands-on player/coach who actively engages with the sales team, enabling their success and serving as a resource to help them qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and position Talview effectively to meet customer requirements.
