SRED.io is at the forefront of helping companies fund their innovation goals.The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs and AEs.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in Outreach.io.

  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.

What It Takes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  •  5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Ability to get stuff done.
