As you partner with local intermediaries, you will use your sales and presentation skills to position our products as the ultimate solution for the client in the New Jersey territory. You will have the opportunity to apply your past experience in sales in a new and rewarding way to accomplish the following:
Drive sales throughout the market by calling on advisors to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 0 - 10M AUM space, but are open to 0 -200 AUM for the right talent.
Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and third-party administrators.

Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience.
2+ years of external wholesaling experience required.
Strong work ethic and drive to meet or exceed established goals.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience with qualified retirement plans, non-qualified plans, defined benefit and ESOP's a bonus!
Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63) within 5 months of employment.
Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained within 5 months of employment.
We are open to VP level for the right experience which would cover 0-200M AUM.
