To help fuel and manage this growth, we are looking for someone to join our talent acquisition team and lead our go to market recruiting organization.

This is a critical and highly visible role in one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies in the world where recruiting is a top priority of the company. You'll report to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and will be located in either New York, NY or Palo Alto, CA.

As the Director of Sales Recruiting, you will coach and train a recruiting team on best practices as talent advisors, while building influential relationships with sales and business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a recruiting team that is flexible to quickly respond to the ever-changing priorities of our go-to-market organization, while adapting and applying new and innovative approaches to acquiring talent

  • This is a hands-on role that will coach, mentor, and manage a team while increasing our recruiting capabilities. You'll monitor and manage the recruiting workflows and provide direction for prioritizing hiring and service levels while exceeding the needs of our sales organization

  • Collaborate and communicate with VP of Talent Acquisition to tailor recruiting strategies based on productivity and success metrics to identify and attract high caliber, diverse candidates

  • Function as subject matter expert on recruiting activities and maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues, trends, and employment law

  • Manage the selection process; participate in the interview process and increase the adoption of new and innovative recruiting procedures and techniques

  • Strong experience collaborating and consulting with sales leaders on both strategic and tactical recruiting plans

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm. A minimum of 3 years of people and global team leadership experience and enterprise software sales recruiting experience

  • Ability to travel as needed to ensure the success of the team

  • Strong communications skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal business partners at all levels of the organization

  • Highly collaborative, organized and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively manage and communicate competing priorities

  • Advanced knowledge of the industry and vertical sourcing strategies and tools

  • Work closely with senior leadership comfortably

This leader will be responsible for generating and managing Tencent Cloud's largest and most strategic accounts. Through a strategic approach this leader will establish sales priorities, action plans and deliver/exceed on sales goals, and develop high value relationships with key stakeholders and will be responsible for negotiating and managing large contracts. This leader will help lead Cloud revenue growth in North America, and work on bringing in new large strategic accounts (Fortune 500) and help businesses move their critical systems to cloud. Duties and Responsibility: * Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution based sales opportunities. * Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders. * Provide leadership and guidance to other team members on enterprise accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral. * Partner with the Business Contracts Manager on contract negotiations. * Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential. * Preparation and execution of strategic account plans, status reports, sales and revenue forecasting and quota attainment. * Be an expert on Tencent's cloud offerings, working to understand customers need and providing service solutions. * Develop strategic plans based on industry trending and customer analysis. * Accountable and instrumental in increasing high-profile cloud platform contracts * Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team in delivering and ensuring customers are gaining high value from their investments. * Manage sales life-cycle for all accounts. Requirements: * 8+ years' experience selling cloud services, working with large high-profile accounts (This is a core requirement). * Exhibits "hunter" mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close sales. * Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell. * Experience selling at C-level. * Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
