Responsibilities:

  • Enable our sales teams to work smarter, not harder by simplifying processes and providing easy access to information and resources needed to close sales

  • Leverage operational data to drive informed business decisions

  • Use data to identify and implement strategic operational improvement initiatives across the sales organization

  • Increase sales effectiveness by codifying and evolving Go-To-Market and sales best practices and you will enable productivity of the sales force and ensure a better customer experience

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization

  • Working closely with the executive and operations team on territory planning

  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts

  • Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders

  • Support the equitable assignment of salesforce quotas between business units and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources

  • Work to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

  • Work to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement

  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies

  • Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement

  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization

  • Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools

  • Working closely with the systems operations manager on best practices on improving our CRM Salesforce.com and levering/enabling new technologies that will aid our Sales Team to be more effective

  • Monitor the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data

  • Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments

  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel

  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs

  • Build strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives

  • Work with Accounting, Finance, and People and aid with sales incentive compensation administration, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations (or equivalent function)

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

  • Proven track record in Sales Operations management at a rapidly growing software company / SaaS environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Results oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and oral

  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting data to recommend actions to management in a consultative manner

  • Ability to lead without the need for direct authority

  • Expert in MS Excel and Salesforce

  • Expert in sales methodology and the disciplines necessary to drive efficient sales execution at scale

  • Experience working with sales applications

VIEW JOBS 2/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-20T00:00 Job Summary: The Director of Operations for Youth Justice Services is responsible for understanding and anticipating system-wide programmatic needs and working in collaboration with Headquarters departments and field programs to drive and implement solutions with a goal to become more operationally and fiscally efficient. The position works closely with the Vice President of Youth Justice Services and Regional Executive Directors to support program monitoring, evaluation, expansion, and communication. Occasional weekend and evening work is required, as is a willingness to be responsive to after-hours phone and email correspondence. Essential Functions: * Research, develop, and implement projects to effectively execute the Youth Justice Division's annual objectives. * Support the Vice President with fund development, program expansion, and marketing initiatives. * Work in partnership with Vice President and REDs to manage a variety of projects for the youth justice division. * Provide leadership and coordination for improving core service functions and evaluate the impact that systems improvement has on outcomes. * Lead project management efforts for start-up programs. * Create and implement a vision for effective internal and external communications for the division. * Manage the Youth Justice Intranet sub sites and other online resources. * Conduct research as requested by the Chief Operations Officer, documenting, synthesizing and analyzing the information. * Create compliance monitoring systems and tool for all youth justice programs. * Work closely with the Performance Quality Improvement team to manage and update model specific data management systems. * Work closely with the Performance Quality Improvement team to develop program data evaluations, tools, and systems to collect, analyze, and interpret program data for effectiveness and relevancy for program outcomes. * Other duties and special projects as assigned. Other Functions: * Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor. * Must be available to travel to other cities, states, and SWK sites occasionally in order to support necessary program operations and as needed for required training and implementation of new initiatives. * Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: * A master's degree in a related field with 10 years' work experience in a professional setting. * Experience organizing and managing a diverse range of assignments and projects with high efficiency, yet thorough attention to detail and follow through. * Demonstrated advanced proficiency in various technologies, including project management software, SharePoint, case management software, Web Content Management Systems, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. * Familiar with youth justice program operations. * Knowledge of systems in which youth are involved. * Proficiency in the methods of information acquisition and project management. * Strong research and analytical skills. * Excellent writing skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of work station, reach with hands and arms and utilize other equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, and frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs or ladders in all weather conditions. Work Environment: General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but will also involve walking, standing, or climbing for brief periods of time.
